About the Role
Loan Factory is seeking an experienced Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to lead the company’s compliance strategy and ensure adherence to federal and state mortgage regulations. This executive role will oversee the company’s compliance management system and work closely with leadership to maintain strong regulatory oversight across all lending operations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the company’s Compliance Management System (CMS).

Ensure compliance with federal and state mortgage regulations, including oversight from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and other regulatory agencies.

Develop and maintain company compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Oversee regulatory examinations, audits, and licensing requirements.

Provide compliance guidance to executive leadership and business units.

Monitor regulatory changes and implement necessary operational updates.

Manage compliance training and promote a culture of regulatory awareness across the organization.
Qualifications

10+ years of compliance experience in mortgage lending, banking, or financial services.

Strong knowledge of U.S. mortgage regulations and lending practices.

Experience managing compliance programs, audits, and regulatory exams.

Proven leadership and ability to work with executive teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field.
Preferred

Advanced degree (JD, MBA, or similar).

Experience with multi-state mortgage lending compliance.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $150,000 – $180,000 per year
